Tree & Shrub Care Program

This program is designed for ornamental trees and shrubs only.  Trees in excess of 20 ft will not be helped by this program.  Roses, flowers, and potted plants are not included.

March:
Spring Feeding:  This fertilization is a granular or liquid treatment depending on your landscape. This feeding will enhance color, spurn growth, and improve flowering potential.

Insect & Disease Control: If any insects and diseases are present, we will treat them.

April / May:
Spring Insect & Disease Control:  This is a liquid treatment that is applied to the foliage of the trees and shrubs to control insects and diseases that are common in your landscape. Common insects include: Aphids, Mites, Lace bugs, and Scales. This early intervention helps control insects and diseases before it becomes a problem.

Post Bloom Feeding:  On all azaleas in your landscape

June:
Late Spring Insect & Disease Control:  This is a liquid treatment that is applied to the foliage of the trees and shrubs to control insects and diseases that are common in your landscape. Common insects include: Beetles, Tent Caterpillars, Lace bugs, and Bagworms. Every landscape has the Beetles problem. Beetle traps do not work; they just attract more beetles.

July:
Summer Insect & Disease Control:  This is a liquid treatment that is applied to the foliage of the trees and shrubs to control insects and diseases that are common in your landscape. Common diseases include: Powdery Mildew, Leaf Spot, and Anthracnose. Complete disease control is not possible with any horticultural program, however we can have success with minimizing disease.

August:
Late Summer Insect & Disease Control:  This is a liquid treatment that is applied to the foliage of the trees and shrubs to control insects and diseases that are common in your landscape. Common insects include: Mites, Webworms, Aphids, and Scale.

October:
Fall Feeding:  This fertilization is a granular or liquid treatment depending on your landscape. This feeding will provide the nutrients needed to promote root development. This feeding allows plants to store nutrients through the winter months.

December / January:
Dorman Oil:  A special horticultural oil is applied to the trees and shrubs ro help control insects in their over wintering stage before damage occurs. Common insects include: Mites, and Scale.
